6 Plus Home Screen Won't Rotate

Since going to 9.0.2 my 6+ will randomly rotate the Home Screen and get stuck. But... If I try to intentionally rotate the screen it doesn't work.

I've always had trouble with it sticking in landscape mode. This is just a new variation on the problem.
