Neon Theme soundtrack problem

When I try to use the Neon theme it won't import the soundtrack. I've looked all over the place for the settings to make this happen. When I searched online I kept getting instructions for an earlier version of iMovie in which it was all very clear. I have iMovie 2014.

Any help on this?
