keyboard overloaded

with ios9 I see two more rows above the keyboard on my ipad.

both are nearly empty ... something with formular and next copy.

that is wasting my space.

90 percent of that rows are empty!!! what a good chance to add curser and other helpful keys.

Beside that wasting I often face the issue that I cannot see where to write as that is hidden by that extra fance rows.

Any ideas how to switch of?
