I need to retrieve my iTunes store account and iTunes itself. I have all the pass codes etc. when They reset my iPad iOS 5.1.1 it all disappeared. Should have music stored in the clod as well. I appreciate any help. L.H.

I have a older iPad ios 5.1 an since resetting everything I can no longer access the apple store and iTunes. I have music in iCloud as well. Any help would be much appreciated
