Outlook 2011 is not working after Update to El Capitan

I was a happy user of a MBA 2014.


After upgrading to El Capitan I realize that my outlook 2011 is not working anymore.


Every time that I try to synchronize my emails the outlook freezes.


Is anyone ele with same problem? How to fix it?
