Help with downloading Pages

If you take a car in for service, do you say, "I am having a problem with my car", and say nothing else, — or are you specific in describing the problem that you are having, so no one has to guess. What version of OS X, and what version(s) of Pages do you currently have installed — if you do at all?

If you are looking for Pages '09 from Apple, it no longer exists on the App Store. Otherwise, you need to sign into the OS X App Store with the same Apple ID as you configured your Macbook. You search for Pages, and click on the Pages icon. If it says $19.95, then you read the reviews, and determine if you want to spend that money on Pages, or if it says Get, then it is free for you, and it will download into your Application folder, and also appear among your Launchpad icons.
