From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Passwords tab.

Select the websites one at a time that Safari is not autofilling passwords for then click Remove.

Now open Keychain Access located in HD > Applications > Utilities

Select Passwords on the left.

Type in the name of a website associated with the password you just deleted in (Safari > Preferences > Passwords) top right corner of that window in the search field. Now control click that keychain then click Delete. Do that same for the other websites.

Back to Safari. From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Passwords tab.

Make sure User names and passwords is selected.

Now login to a website the you deleted the password for then click Yes when prompted to save that data to a new keychain. Ditto for the other websites.
