We are unable to contact apple support. When we try their call-back system, there is no one on the line when they call back and after about 30 seconds, the line goes dead. We have tried at least 5 times and get the same response every time. Does anyo

We are unable to contact apple support. When we try their call-back system, there is no one on the line when they call back and after about 30 seconds, the line goes dead. We have tried at least 5 times and get the same response every time. Does anyone know to reach a real live Apple Contact Person. We need to receive a verification code to activate iCloud Keychain and we do not have a phone with texting capability so need to speak with apple support to receive the verification code. Help
