I have an Apple Airport Extreme with no English Manual How do I find the SSID
I have an Apple Airport Extreme It did' come with an english Manual . How do I find the SSID?
Airport Extreme 802.11ac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
The manual will not give you the default SSID because it is different for every unit.. it is a combo of the units MAC address and the simple phrase airport wireless or some such.
You will find the new airport listed in the airport utility look at the top left hand corner where it says
Only there will be a (1) after it.. click it and the airport utility setup wizard will start up.
All this is described in the manual which of course is not supplied on paper or even a disk any more but supplied by download from apple in pdf.

There is probably 1000 youtube videos which are sometimes great (or woeful)..
