Keychain Verification Codes Not Working -- Suspended Animation

Just installed El Capitan.

Tried to set up keychain, as it had been previously.

Got a verification code. Entered it exactly. No go.

Got another code. Entered it exactly. No go.

Got another code. Entered it exactly. No go.

Got another code. Entered it exactly. No go.

Got another code. Entered it exactly. Too many failed attempts. Verify identity with Apple Support.

Apple Support is in suspended animation. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Hung up perpetually.

Key Chain is a good idea. But this is ridiculous. Its already not worth the time this is taking.

Sheesh.
