Comand Tab is acting funny

Whenever I press command+tab it always moves to the app that's all the way to the right, I can never chose which app it selects, this also kinda happens with the launchpad, except in there I can only view the first page, it doesn't let me move to the other pages, it always goes back to the first one; I also noticed it happened in photoshop, where the scrollbar moves by itself to the left, tiny bit by tiny bit.

Pls halp! This is killing me.
