Apple ID problem
I had separate accounts for iCloud and App Store .... I realized that I have two AppleID-s .... one with mail, iCloud etc ... another with purchases from store but no email and iCloud. Can this two IDs be merged in one?

OK ... can purchases from one ID be transfered to another .... so I can delete ID without email
No.
All content bought (got) using one Apple ID cannot be merged or transferred to another Apple ID.
