My icloud storage was full do I disabled the automatic uploading of images and videos on Icloud and deleted all the pictures from there. It said that it'll give me 30 days if I change my mind to restore them, but I was wondering if the pictures will be deleted from my mac too in 30 days from the photos app.

Ify our Mac is not signed into iCloud Photo Library and and syncing with iCloud Photo Library, the Photos will stay on your Mac. But how have you been using iCloud Photo Library? Did your MAc use "Optimize Mac Storage"? Then you may not have the full size originals on your mac, but only lower quality optimized versions. In that case you should first downlod all full size versions from iCloud before you let them get deleted.
