5c unreliable since IOS 9.0.1 and 9.0.2 updates

5c unreliable since IOS 9.0.1 and IOS 9.0.2 updates. Passcode screen freezes. Apps screens don't always slide across to the next page of Apps. Email is extremely unstable, it takes a long time to open the emails.

Re-booting doesn't make a difference.
