Is my Macbook Pro 2012, healthy??
I bought an Macbook pro (mid 2012) for about $700 on craigslist.
Everything was clean (serial) (not stolen) and it was still under apple care.
The thing is my apple care expires next month (nov 2015) and I want to make sure my computer is healthy before my applecare expires.
I use this computer pretty frequently and it is the model with the disk drive, which I use occasionally to make CD's.
It doesn't have serious problems right now and seems decently fast. But I am worried because I've heard of stories of users having MacBooks that seem healthy, until applecare expires and they can no longer get it fixed.
Please tell me what you think, and how I can prolong the life of my computer and use it for many more years to come.
I am slightly worried about this.
