Will tv support Broadcast Radio now or in the future?

I subscribe to premium content on jazz radio.com but it only

works via iTunes. My Airport Express whole house sound system

is controlled nicely via iTunes but tv doesn't seem to support iTunes.

Is there a workaround for this - Rogue Amoeba's AirFoil, etc.?
