NOTES in IOS9 not longer sync through itunes

WHat APPs are people using that can be used instead of of NOTES ? That can be backed up and sync on a Window computer running Office Outlook and sync with other apple devices that are also backed upon a Windows computer ?

I used to back everything up on my laptop through iTunes I could sync the information with my iPhone in my iPad this can no longer be done with NOTES in IOS9 operating system on these devices per Apple Support . I have over 75 NOTES that IOS9 turned into one long paragraph.And no longer sync.
