I'm trying to get my iCloud reset on my IPAD.

When I go to iCloud on it, it asks for the password to my old AppleId. I have my AppleID changed in I tunes. Help! I'm soooo frustrated!I have even tried to restore my iPad, but I can't until I turn off find my iPad on the iPad. It won't let me do it without signing in. I'm fine starting from scratch with this iPad, but it won't let me!
