After IOS 9.0.2 my iPad crashed. I can't do the reboot process and my mac does not recognize my device either

Hello Two days ago I did started the 9.0.2 update on my iPad. It got to the where I needed to do the Apple login and that was it and never finished. I cannot reboot or have it recognize my iPad on my Mac in iTunes. The only display I can get is the black screen with the Apple logo in the middle. Has it forever died?
