Problem with mail after El Capitan Update

I had a series of problems with my mail after switching over to El Capitan. The last issue, and biggest issue is that none of my folders are showing up. I have tried everything and looked everywhere but I can't seem to get them to show up.

All of my other email accounts have their basic folders, trash, junk, etc., but there is no option to show my iCloud mail folders. I've put my mouse everywhere down there to see if they are hid but nothing. How can I get these back? I can even go to iCloud.com and go to my mail and they show up there and in my iPhone and iPad. Help!

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11)
