I have apps on my iPhone 6 plus that are not syncing to my iTunes library(settings/apps section) need help to make it sync.
I have tried it also with my 6S plus, 5S, and 4 with the same issue.
What have you tied?

Yes, with no luck.. My iPhone 6 plus is on ios 9.2 beta, but my 6S plus and others are running IOS 9.02
Also, as a side note I have the 6 plus originally synced to another library before moving to the library I am on now, but the 6S device has only had this library.
thinking it may have something to due with the IOS 9 update...
