Using cut and paste into pages with Mac, all formatting and graphics always dissapears. When I paste into evernote or Libreoffice, formatting stays with pasted material. What to do?

Using cut and paste into pages with Desktop mini Mac, all formatting and graphics always dissapears, leaving unformatted plaIN TEXT. When I paste into evernote or Libreoffice, formatting stays with pasted material. What to do?

If Paste with Matching Style does not solve the issue, then paste into TextEdit, then copy/paste into Pages v5.5.3. Not everything will paste correctly into Pages v5.5.3. You could just use LibreOffice and refer to the LibreOffice Writer PDF manual to fine tune your usage.
