Lock Plus in landscape orientation?

HOw do I lock my IPhone 6S Plus in LANDSCAPE orientation? Seems like the lock is for Portrait only. And the trick with using the accessibility to force rotate was KILLED in 9.0.1. Ugggg. I am mirroring the phone which needs to stay rotated correctly on the screen. The slightest movement of my phone re-rotates back and forth between portrait and landscape. Cmon, the iPad can do this!!
