Can you describe what the iPod says, or better can you take a photo of the connect to iTunes screen.

actually it says "iPod is disabled connect to iTunes". when i try to to restore my iPod through DFU mode it says that i need to enter my pass-code.

The message means you did not get the iPod In DFU mode. Keep trying.
