Q: Os x could not be installed on your computer

I keep getting the message "OS X could not be installed on your computer. File system verify or repair. Qui installer to re start your computer and try again."

I have tried multiple times to restart it but i keep getting the same message. How do i fix this??????!!!??!?!!
