Reset Passwork Failed is message I'm getting on new MacBook Pro; can't figure out why it's not letting me sign in with apple id and password?
I am trying to log in to my new computer. I don't remember 'old' password from just transferred old Macbook Pro; I siged in with apple ID and password, but it keeps telling me the reset failed and can't log in using iCloud? HELP!
