IOS9 causing several problems

Since upgrading to IOS 9 a game which is in the Apple Game Center no longer works properly. I have contacted the game developers as Apple advises and await their latest response. The last one resulted in me losing the game entirely!

One of the suggestions on the internet was to download another game associated with the Game Center, which I did. That would not work either as it said I was not connected to Game Center. I then tried to delete this game and the ability to delete now also has stopped!!!!

There are obviously several issues with IOS9 as yet another update was waiting to be downloaded this morning, but does not seem to have helped any of my problems.

Is anyone experiencing the same and have they solved the problem?

I've been unable to acces my different accounts in Modern War since the latest iOS update on my iPad. Game keeps telling me I'm not logged in to Game Center. Game Center tells me it's "unable to connect to server." And " couldn't communicate with a helper application." Yet all the other games seem to not have a problem and when I open Game Center, it shows I'm logged in. Gree (Modern War) tells me it's an iOS problem. Apple says its a game problem.

The Game Center issue has been reported here multiple times and is quite apparent. Search the forums here for Game Center...many threads have been started but there is currently no clear-cut solution (aside from possibly restoring your device "as new" which should not be a solution at all). We fellow users here do not speak on behalf of Apple nor do we know what they are doing to resolve it. Others users have reported that Apple is aware of the issue but other than that, not much more is known.

This is obviously a problem with IOS9. I have just left feedback on this link http://www.apple.com/feedback/ as this was suggested to me.

I know that these are games, but the issue here is what else that is more important is now not working since the upgrade!

The next biggest problem really is that I can no longer delete anything I have downloaded to try and solve the problem!

What is weird is that the game plays on my phone and I am connected to Game Center, though some of the game (Despicable Me - Minion Rush) does not work as it should ...
