How to upload videos/images into my Facebook etc via the Internet on my iPad?

just that. I want to upload music videos and images(nice pleasant pictures/landscapes etc) to create an impression regarding the writing business I am setting up, ebooks etc, with the intention of marketing and selling them. So I need to know how to upload these images/videos etc, from off the internet(and also if someone can suggest where to go to get these images - just type in the relevant words into the box on my Facebook account etc?), preferably via my iPad? Will I need some sort of app to do this and,upload images etc, and if so, where do I go to get this(the cost?) And just how do I install this? Please bear in mind that I am a complete technophobe and tech talk completely foxes me... Can anyone assist me on this... I'd really appreciate this if you could...
