Graphic problem

Hey guys, please help me out here.

I have this problem for a while. But what strange is that whenever this occur i just need to drag one random finder or any app that i opened and wipe around to fix.

Also when I go in to parallel desktop this wont occur.

Guys, please tell me how to fix this.
