Q: Hi my iphone 5s rear camera and sound is not working at all. How to fix it?

Hi my iphone 5s rear camera is not working whereas front camera is working well. I don't know what happen to my rear camera when i opened it automatically become black and blurr. After a few hour my sound also not working at all. How to fix it?
