Recent calls scroll jitter

Iphone 6 plus 64 gb, IOS 9.0.2

Had that one for 11 months already, since day 1 I was appalled that interface and particularly scrolling was stuttering / dropping frames when scrolling at a moderate speed. Fast or slow scrolls are fine, but when it start to slow down unnerving jittering appears, jumping 1-1,5 elements at a time.

I would understand if it were only in the photos, but that one is actually works OK - ugliest scroll is at the Recent calls list.

I know about 3x rendering and 1.15 downsampling but - really?? It's just text and numbers, why it's worse than my first Iphone 2G from 2007 I cannot begin to understand.
