Trying to use iMessage on my iPad

Im trying to use iMessage on my iPad & it's asking me to verify my email. So I have done this in settings & it still keeps asking me to verify my email?

it has always worked fine, this has happened since i updated to IOS9. I've tried resetting all settings but this hasn't worked.

CAn anyone help?
