I am getting this error message:
iTunes cannot sync photos to the iPhone "[Name]” because your Photos Library is not yet available. Please try again later.
Any ideas how I can sync my phone?

same here. apple suggest I back up my iPhone to factory settings ( which I did), then try again.
hey presto..it worked...but each time I try and sync photos FROM my Mac TO my iPhone..I get the same error, and I simply refuse to factory reset my iPhone each time I want to sync photos.
I shut my Mac down completely, shut down iPhone 6 and restarted all. Opened Photos app first, then iTunes. Plugged iPhone into Mac and synched. It did sync photos. I have had to do this twice over the last three days so it is definitely a bug that Apple needs to fix. Hope this works for you on the short term. By the way, this is happening across all my iOS devices. iPad 2, iPad Mini and iPhone 6. Frustrating.
By the way, it seems this only works one time. You'll need to do the whole process over again if you try to sync another device or your iPhone again.
Still doesn't work for me.
As you say, it's frustrating as this isn't the first time there have been major issues with syncing.
So as it stands, I can't sync photos or music to my phone.
Any other ideas?
