iCloud for Windows "Storage" option shows blank window

Hi im using Windows 7 and uninstalled rebooted and reinstalled icloud for windows and rebooted

As i was running low on iCloud storage i decided i wanted to upgrade from 5GB to 50GB cloud.

So D/Clicked icloud for windows signed in. but when i click storage option under icloud drive, photos, contacts ...., i am presented with a blank screen

Not matter how many times i uninstall icloud for windows and reinstall it makes no diffence
