No Touch ID when authorising iCloud Family request

Hi,

Since upgrading to iOS 9 on my iPhone 6, I have to enter my password to authorise every time my son requests permission to download an app.

Previously I could authorise with Touch ID.

I have restored. I have tried turning off Touch ID for app store purchases and turning it on again.

Anyone else getting this issue?

Any ideas?
