note edit in icloud yesterday, was sync only partially, how can I recover the entire note ?

I've open the icloud account online yesterday on Chrome browser on PC.

I've wrote directly in a new note.

When I've tried later to add something from an Ipad, I saw that my note was sync only partially, two phrases from 20 wich I've wrote.

Check also from Chorme, the same.

My ipad is update on latest ios 9.02.

I've used yhe Notes very well, but now it's very disponting to encounter such problem.

Please help me to recover the entire work.
