How to share 4K video?

Sending video to an email address usually means uploading it and emailing the link. Usually I would use Google Drive, but it seems that Drive does not support 4K video yet. Does anyone have any ideas on how to share 4K video through email?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.0.2

Thank you very much for your response! I am looking for a way to share the 4K video directly with an individual, avoiding, if possible, uploading it to my personal social media or YouTube accounts.
