There is no steps. You just tap verify and if the e-mail address is correct and working it will verify.

https://appleid.apple.com

Note, you cannot use an e-mail address that was already set as an Apple IID.

Coz I already verify may apple ID but I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly. It keeps on asking me to Verify my apple id though I already verified it. I don't know whats going on.

Are you sure it's your Apple ID (which is an e-mail address) or a normal e-mail address.
Try force restart:

Yes I have another one. The Only reason that I made a new apple ID because I'm having trouble in my iMessage during activation because my phone number is not appearing.

That's not a good work around.
Use the same Apple ID and check
Settings > Phone > My Number > put your mobile phone number here.

Maybe that is my problem. i use my email adress that was set as an apple ID in my alternate email add
