iOS 9.0.2 do not install by itself, so you must have installed iOS 9.0.2 yourself.
Do basic troubleshooting steps:
Restart / Force Restart

Restore from backup
Restore as new
NO I haven't I have done a update and after that I saw it

Again, iOS do not install itself.
Check if you have given permission here:
Settings > App and iTunes Stores > Updates: ON
YES I plugged my iPhone into the socket and pressed update that's it, I have tried
the links still the same unfortunately thanks anyway
It looks like I have got a Mac Version and I hope I have the pro mission

Try restoring your iPhone using computer iTunes by connecting and selecting iPhone in iTunes.
You'll need the latest computer iTunes 12.3
