I have the latest version of itunes but updater keeps popping up

I updated to iTunes 12.3 when the updater first notified of it, but it keeps popping up with the same version. Are you experiencing the same and have heard of a solution? My computer is running 64-bit Windows 8.1.

iPhone 5, Windows 8, Windows 8.1
