Google Books preview broken

I can't read Google Books "previews" -- scaling too large -- after upgrading to iOS 9.0.2 for iPad2. Any solution?

At least one other thread is raising this question...see Re: Google books not being displayed properly after ios 9 upgrade

Yet no response or action from Apple!

I, like many others you, am disappointed.

A solution: go into Settings>Safari>Advanced and turn off Javascript. This gives you the whole page were 'preview' is available in Google Books. The view is much simplified, with no zoom or magnify buttons showing, and searching for a word will only find the first entry, so not terribly helpful in that regard. But at least you can read whole pages!
