unlocking iphone

dear apple

i have an iPhone 4s that needs unlocking, I've contacted a rogers agent from Canada since the phone was bought for there.

they sent me email regarding hoe to unlock it but didn't work what do you think i should do ? i can fill you in with the details on the procedure to unlocking the phone if that's what you ask?

The only people who can unlock your phone are the firm currently providing your service, assuming they are willing to do so.

No one here can help you, nor can/will Apple. Only the carrier an iPhone is locked to can authorize the phone's official unlocking. If your phone is locked to Rogers, then you'll have to deal with Rogers, like it or not.
