I have the latest IOS V 9 v2 on my iphone 6 and apps dont open at all help

I need to know what to do.

Since I updated the phone to IOS v9 I have not been able to do anything on my phone apart from - phone, text, music and audiobooks

APPS dont open

AT ALL

What do I do to fix this?
