secondary id disappeared cannot access icloud
My secondary apple id which i use as my office id has had issues reading the email from eMclient and Thunderbird (Windows 10 device) and the Mail app of Windows 10 .
After that I tried to login from the browser in the iCloud page and it would not recognize my input so it locked the account and prompt me to a new password.
The secondary email for the password reset never arrived so I used the question and the birth date to move on and finally i had my password changed .
Strangely when i tried to use the iCloud from the browser it still prompt me to change password cause the account was locked which is not true cause i use the account to check the apple id settings the connected emails the questions etc .
Now it says this account cannot be found and it is not existent in apple.
What is going on>how can i fix this ?
Unless it is apple's issue and others have it too.
The browser cookies have been deleted but nothing changed in the iCloud page.
