Call history showing up on unwanted device

I have 2 iPhone, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Both running on the latest iOs 9.0.2. I also have 1 iCloud account. I use my 6 Plus for the phone calls. It appears that my other iPhone gets the call records even though I have handoff disabled. I went through all settings and the only way to not have phone call records on my other device is to log out of iCloud, which is not fair, since I need it for my reminders, mail, calendar, notes, etc. I contacted Support via chat and they could not find a solution and confirmed that it should not be happening.
