iphone 6 is not recognized by itunes 12.3

My iphone 6 is not recognized by itunes 12.3 and neither is my 6th gen nano ipod this is getting ridiculous everytime itune gets a upgrade there is always a problem

iPod nano, Windows 10

Could also be a problem in Windows 10. Check this troubleshooting article about possible solutions:

That page is useless, it does NOT include a fix for windows10 and I tried everything on that page anyway, I even uninstalled and reinstalled itune 5 times and nothing changed, It is itunes not windows 10 because I downloaded music to my ipod a day before I upgraded to 12.3 and it worked fine
