Help downloading a digital booklet

Hi I have several personal fitness tests dowloaded to my mac's iTunes app. There is also a digital booklet, which attaches to this which gives you the results tables.

In the iTunes store there is the digital booklet listed but it is in a list grey and does not seem to be a hyperlink. I have tried a smart playlist telling itnues to look for PDF documents but it has not found this booklet. My problem is I don not seem to be able to download the booklet. the tracks are all there and can be previewed in the iTunes store or redownloaded but not the booklet. could it have been removed?
