el capitan disable sip

I would like to temporarily disable SIP (System Integrity Protection)

Directions that I had were:

Reboot

Hold Command-R to enter Recovery Partition

Once in the Recovery Partition, click on Utilities and click on Terminal

Enter csrutil disable

quit terminal , restart

(Unfortunately, I don't see a Utilities menu bar) and don't see a way to open a terminal

I only see on the menu bar

Recovery from time machine backup

Reinstall OSX

Get help online

Disk Utillity

I have similar instructions to renable SIP

Mac mini, OS X Yosemite (10.10)

I noticed that I was in full screen mode and I just moved my cursor to the top of the screen and was able to find the menu bar with the terminal selection
