Block caller function has disappeared from each contact except favourites list. I can still block from settings. Any solutions? I have reset the phone.

This is probably something you have already tried, but just in case -- have you scrolled all of the way to the bottom of a contact? The Block choice is the very last thing and is off of the bottom of the screen when the contact is first opened.

thanks . I have tried everything and it simply doesn't exist unless in the favourites list.
IF I search a favourite person normally, the block call option is gone again so it only shows up if actually sitting in the favourite list.
