I have less than 2 yr old I Phone C and is suddenly started expanding, what should I do?

I have I Phone 6 which is suddenly started exapnding and now screen is separated from main body. What are my options? I am eligible for replacement?

Take it in to be looked at and assessed for repair either under warranty or otherwise. We cannot see the physical item so cannot give you a diagnosis.
